As National Operations Coordinator (2008 - 2012), reduced incident rates from double digit to decimal levels across 27+ plants, while achieving positive EBITDA nationwide and maintaining strict revenue budget control.

Over a seven year journey in manufacturing, I represented India in Japan (JICOSH) to explain Indian Safety Culture on behalf of National Safety Council of India and collaborated with Law framing team on behalf of Government of Maharashtra in drafting the National Disaster Management Rules (2006). During my tenure at Asahi, I successfully reduced incident frequency rates from double digits to decimal levels. Developed a comprehensive process safety roadmap for managing Major Accident Hazard (MAH) category operations - including LPG storage, heat treatment, paint shops, foundry, and engine shop & transmission facilities in Force Motors. Developed comprehensive On-site emergency plan for Formica India along standard operational SOP for ETP Operations.

Conducted Rapid Safety Audits for 100+ MAH units, developed On-Site Emergency Plans, and guided industries on MSISC Rule 1989 compliance - helping them understand and implement Central Government guidelines under the Factories Act 1948, Gas Cylinder Rules, SMPV Rules, Air & Water Act, decibel contour mapping for high noise operations, dry & wet calibrations under Weights & Measures requirement. Pressure Vessels designing, pneumatic & hydraulic testing, lifting devices testing and calibrations for over 500+ industry clients.
